Delivery across India or free pickup from our Howrah store.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver across India. You can also choose store pickup at SD Academic, Sitanath Banerjee Lane, Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal 711103 (Tue – Sun · 10:30 am – 7:30 pm) and have parts fitted while you're there.
2. Dispatch and delivery times
We check fitment for your bike before dispatch. Items in stock usually ship within 1–2 working days; items ordered in for your bike usually take 3–7 days. The product page shows which applies, and we'll tell you if anything will take longer.
Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and the courier. We share tracking details when your order leaves the store.
3. Delivery charges
Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Store pickup is free.
4. When your parcel arrives
Please check the parcel on delivery. If it's damaged or something is missing, tell us within 3 days with photos so we can sort it out under our replacement policy.
5. Store pickup
We'll call or WhatsApp you when your order is ready. Bring your order number; the store is open Tue – Sun · 10:30 am – 7:30 pm (closed mondays).
